Slide pool properties - pool drop down no working

Hi, I’ve created four slide pools with Starter, Elementary etc quiz questions. When
I add a random slide in the presentation, it defaults to Starter. I’m looking to change the slide pool but with a couple of exceptions, the properties drop-down is not working?

Hi,

Could you describe your issue in more details?
Do you mean that the Slide Pool list doesn’t appear in the drop-down or it only shows one pool?

Hi,

We confirm that is a bug in the ActivePresenter 8.3.2. It will be fixed in the future update.
In the meantime, please don’t undock Slide Pools pane or Properties pane.

Can you clarify, what does “please don’t undock Slide pools pane or Properties pane” mean?

Hi,

It means that you shouldn’t move the Slide Pools pane or Properties pane out of their default position.
