Screen Recording Not Ending

Problem:
I was screen recording and I hit Ctrl End as normal and the video doesnt end. This happens almost every time I record and it doesn’t save the video which I spend hours filming. I have to completely Re-Start my computer so that the recording will end its annoying to have to restart my whole pc because it still has the recording tab up.

ActivePresenter version: Newest version

OS: Not sure

Hi,

There are several ways to end the recording. You can do either of the following:

• Press CTRL + END (for Windows) or ⌥⌘2 (for macOS)

• Click on the ActivePresenter button on the Taskbar or system tray, then, click the Stop button to finish the recording:
  

  

• Change the hotkey to stop recording for your convenience in this dialog:
