Problem:
With upgrade that came out yesterday I am having an issue when recording my screen. No matter what I select in the custom box it always seems to record some where else and then a much smaller section. It isnt close to what I have selected in the box

If you are using multiple monitors, please make sure they have a same scaling setting (DPI) since ActivePresenter recording function doesn’t work well with multiple monitors which have different scaling settings.
If you are using custom scaling, please switch to either 100%, 125%, 150%, 175%, 200%… to see if it works.

Thank you that was the issue. I added another monitor and the one I was recording wasnt the main one. Switched it and it is fixed.
