I can’t customize the views in the review section. The review screen is not understood in drag and drop questions. A similar situation exists with matching questions. I do activities for students, but my students do not understand the answer key.
Hi,
Thank you for letting us know the situation.
We’re sorry to hear that your students are having trouble understanding the responses to the drag-and-drop questions in the review mode. We are aware of this and are working to make the functionality easier to grasp in the future.
For your information,
-
The orange circle icon denotes an incorrect response, while the green circle icon denotes a correct response.
-
The icons on the left represent the correct answers, and the ones on the right represent the options made by the students.
-
Icons that are gray have not yet reached their drop target.
Please take a look at the image below for more details:
Again, we are sorry for this inconvenience.
Best regards,
Thank you for the answer.
So when are you going to have a study on this? Can you give a date?

Hello there
I want to it
Hi everyone,
We are looking into this feature, and our goal is to have it available as soon as possible.
Do you have any ideas about how to make it simpler for learners to understand?
We would really appreciate it if you left a comment here.
Best regards,
Thank you very much for your reply.
We have produced around 5000 scorm packages for the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey and the only problem we have is question type matching and drag and drop question types.
We thought a lot, but we could not reach a definite truth.
It can only give numbers in check and cross instead of colors and numbers in the circle. If we can also put a button to show the correct answers, we think it will be enough for now.
Thank you for your suggestion. We really appreciate it.
The following are our suggestions for enhancing drag-and-drop question responses in review mode:
- Display correct checkmarks and cross marks instead of green and orange colors
- Remove the correct drag source number. If the user hovers over a drop target, all correct drag sources will be highlighted. This option is only available if the “Correct Values” option is selected.
- Add a button for each drop target that allows the user to show or hide the correct values. This button is necessary because hover functionality is not available on touch screens.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any ideas or requests.
Best regards,
