Remove textboxes when exporting in video format

Hello, I’d like to ask for suggestions as to how to export a MP4 without the automatic textboxes that are added when you record an interactive simulation.
I can deactivate them one by one, but is there a way to do it more efficiently by defining some settings before the recording or selecting all of them at the same time to change it ?

Hi,

Yes, ActivePresenter allows you to hide the textboxes (annotation shapes and incorrect messages) before recording or delete them all after recording.

• Before recording, you can click on the Settings button (the Gear icon at the top-right corner) of the Record Interactive Simulation Project dialog > Record Settings… > Annotation tab > deselect the option you want > Save.

• After recording, click the ActivePrenter button > Project > Batch Operation > Delete Objects … > uncheck the Shape and Incorrect Messages checkboxes > OK.

I just want to note that, if you export your recorded interactive simulation to mp4, you won’t be able to interact with it like exporting to HTML5.
