Recover file - Says cannot open

I have a large project that was working but I had a crash and now I can’t open it. It shows I saved it about 1/2 hour ago. I’ve tried openning it and importing it into a new project but it says it cannot be openned. Is there a way to recover this file?

I can’t seem to find the automatic back up files either… Is there somewhere I could find these to recover it?

We’ve received your project via our support email. Unfortunately, it seems no way to recover it. To avoid this issue in the future, you should select the recovered project right after ActivePresenter encounters the problem.
