Recording area not what preview shows

When I try to record the full screen or a particular application, it’s only recording half my screen area. In the preview, I size it to the right size and then I get a warning that the area is smaller than my screen area(which is not true) and when I click OK, there is a big blue bar separating my screen into two halves. The bar is not able to be moved at all

Can you please tell:

  • Does your computer have multiple monitors? Do they have same DPI settings (scale)
  • What is the version of ActivePresenter you are using? Is your computer a PC or a MAC?
