I want to be able to set font and text size for an entire project so that I don’t have to change it on every text example. I don’t see it anywhere in the Preferences section.

You can do the following steps:
- Go to View > Object Settings, and select the object you need to change.
- Go to Home > change font ant text size.
Besides, you can save the project as a custom theme to reuse later.

I have just finished my first project and published it. Can I just send the index file to others to see or do I have to includes all of the other file components? In other words, how do I make published content available so that I can email it for example?

There are several ways to distribute the HTML5 outputs:
- Using an LMS: Track Training Courses in an LMS with ActivePresenter 8

- Compress as a zip to share via email.
