Problems of saving MP4 format

I have a free latest version of acitve and when i save the MP4 format, it look ok, but then show that the midia it´s not saved on my windows or phone, then i share on my whatsapp and the midia does not play, no even existe in the phone.
Any ideia of whatsapp hapenning ?

Could you please let us know if the project is exported to the mp4 file already?
And can you play the video on Windows Media Player?
