Problems hearing my recordings

Problem: Sometimes I can hear my recordings and other times I can’t. Yesterday I started a new project and the sound was working fine. Today I can’t hear any of the recording. I’ve tried restarting the programme and changing all the sound settings on my PC. Nothing has helped.

ActivePresenter version: 8.5.1

OS: Windows 365

Could you please share the log file so we can check? To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.

Hi,

We found that you use multiple audio output devices, so the problem.
While ActivePresenter is running, do not plug or unplug any device to see if it works.

Thanks. I’m not using multiple audio output devices, but I did try all possible options on the sound settings on my laptop when I couldn’t get the sound to work. I don’t have any devices plugged in to my laptop.

At the present, maybe the audio output device is the LG monitor.
