ActivePresenter is telling me that I have an update to do, but when I do I get this window and I can’t do any updates.

Maybe an error happened while downloading the update package so the problem. You can download the setup package of ActivePresenter 8.5.5 directly from https://cdn.atomisystems.com/apdownloads/ActivePresenter_v8.5.5_setup.dmg
