Problem while trying to remove unused files

Hi,

We are working on an ActivePresenter project where we have included some PDFs and linked them to some slides. But now we have removed the links to some PDF files and tried to remove the PDF file from the Project resources.

When trying to remove PDF files from resources that are not used anymore we always get the error “You cannot remove this file because is being used”, but it is not being used anymore as we have checked all the slides and all links to that resource have been removed.

What can we do in this case in order to remove unsused files which the program does not recognize as unsused files? Can this be a cache error in the project?
