Problem of display after export

Hello,

I have an issue after the export to video. Please see pictures below:

Sometimes it disappears through the video and then, it appears again. Any idea why?

Hi,

Can you please share the screenshot of Export To Video dialog? I think that the video quality is set to a low value causes this problem.

Thanks for your information.

It seems to be a bug with the AVI format. Can you please try with the MP4 format?

Eu exporto no formato MP4 e, ao tentar executar o vídeo aparece a mensagem:

C:\users\Ilano\Documents\ActivePresenter\Sem título\Video\Sem título3.mp4
Falha na execução do servidor.

Minha tela de exportação está assim:

Já removi, baixei novamente o Active Presenter e reinstalei e mesmo assim não resolveu.

Hi Ilano_Frota,

It seems to be a problem with Windows Media Player on your computer. Can you please try playing file with VLC at Official download of VLC media player, the best Open Source player - VideoLAN to see if it works?
