Preview Error on all projects - old and new

Problem: I have been working with ActivePresenter for a couple of years. Today when I started to contimue work on a current project, every time I try to preview a slide an window pops up saying Preview Error. This occurs on all projects. I tried reinstalling ActivePresmter. but the same thing keeps happening. Any suggestions on how to get this working again?
