Problem: I can’t get a video file into my AP working video file without it displaying as a black screen.
When I copy and paste an AP video file to another AP video file that I want to add it to, it only shows a black screen.
I have also dragged the file into the working AP video window.
I’ve also located the file in the AP temp folder but all of these methods show a black screen.

Notes:
File was created in AP, I can save the AP file and export it as a MP4 and it plays. But when I try to put it into a slide on another AP file it either says “Could not import video file” or it does and it only shows a black screen.
