Object templates are gone

Problem: When you create object templates and then you save the file and move to another machine (both are PC’s) object templates are gone. That shouldn’t be this way I guess. There is no way to collaborate between 2 editors.

ActivePresenter Version: Required. 7.5.13

OS: Required. Windows 10, 64 bit

Hi Tomasz,

Please make sure to save your object template folder (in both PC) in ActivePresenter Templates folder:

  • For Windows: C:\Users<user_name>\Documents\ActivePresenter Templates
  • For macOS: /Users/<user_name>/Documents/ActivePresenter Templates
