Problem: Not able to use microphone of Logitech HD pro Webcam C920

ActivePresenter version: 8.0

OS: Windows 10

Notes:

Could you upgrade to the latest version (8.5.3) and try again?

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the log file. You can try the following ways to see if it works:

  • Check the microphone permission (Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone).
  • Uninstall the audio driver > restart your computer > install the driver again.
  • If your computer has any virtual audio device, please try disabling it.

Thanks for your response. I tried all three options . It did not work. Audio works if I choose Microsoft array, which is in built audio. HD Pro audio does not work. HD Pro Microphone works with software like Microsoft Team, Zoom etc.
