I installed active presenter. I dragged dropped a video. If i play, it plays for ony 10 seconds… after that the video keeps playing but its preview cannot be seen on screen THIS IS SAD

Can you provide a screenshot of the issue?
The screenshot should show entire ActivePresenter window with canvas and timeline.
Does the issue occur with any video or just one video?
