No sound in the recorded video

Problem: Hi, i recorded a video but unfortunately it plays without sound.

ActivePresenter Version: 8

OS: WIN 10

Notes: There is audio file (WAV format) is saved with the video file (MKV format).
I tried to open new project and import them together (audio&video files) but it did not work.
AT first few seconds i was trying to record using headphones but the sound wasn’t playing in it so i decided to take off the headphones and use the PC’s speakers&mic.

If the issue still occurs, please provide us with the following information:

  • The project file and its external data folder named in the form PROJECT_FILE_files if any.

  • The log of ActivePresenter: You can find the log file by going to Preferences >> Miscellaneous >> View Log button.
