No sound in Full Motion Video in Highest Quality

Problem:
I have been using Active presenter for some time. I had no problems. But one day, my new recordings started being with no voice. You can hear mouse clicks but not my voice. I have reinstalled the application and I have restarted PC several times. I went to see the log and I am pasting it here below. I have checked the microphone settings. To my opinion they seem to be fine.

Yes, everything looks fine from the log. So this is weird.
Do you see the wave form of the recorded audio on the Timeline?

I facing the issue for more than a week. I also can’t see any audio wave or even audio saved. the audio bar is white not even gray like the slide. I was using the program very well on windows 7 but when i upgraded to windows 10, I facing this issue. The program sometimes record and sometimes not. Which is very weird. I tried to record on another programs and they are working very well. I also installed the latest version that was issued 2 days ago but still facing the same issue. I also cleared the older folder and cleaned any cache.

Can you please install the latest device driver for your audio device using the driver from the hardware manufacturer instead of the default driver which comes with Win 10?
