No audio upon reopening

Problem: I made a project today, everything went fine during the recording and when I watched it later, but after closing it and reopening it a bit later, I had an error (I’ll put the text in the Notes section, it’s in French though) found out both audio files (the one from my desktop’s speaker and the one from my mic) were gone. They aren’t in the folder that was created for the project, and I checked my whole disk without finding them. I did not move, delete, or rename (after initially naming it upon saving) either those files or the project.

ActivePresenter Version: 7.5.5

OS: Windows 7

Hi MariP,

That’s really weird. Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter? We hope we will find out a clue from the log. To view the log, in Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon) > Miscellaneous > View Log.

Hi, thanks for the fast answer. Attached is the log of the first time I encountered this issue. All subsequent logs for the few times I tried again are similar, do you need them too ?
