No Audio in other devices

Problem:
I, today, installed ActivePresenter on my notebook. It’s an amazing s/w. I recorded a video with the help of external mic… I exported it into an MP4 file and it played perfectly on my system. But on other platforms (YouTube, Android mobile) audio was missing. I fail to understand the issue. Is it due to some audio codec? Plz guide me.

ActivePresenter Version: 7.

OS: Windows 10.

Hi Kap,

Most browsers don’t allow playing audio without user’s interaction. I guess that you need to click on the video or player r volume bar to turn up the volume. If problem persists, please share a short output video sample so we can check.
