New bug in latest update

Hi,

  • I create a blank project
  • then make a screen recording of the entire screen
  • then I finish the recording and press play
    -the video start and then always gets stucked after 3 or 4 seconds of the initial play

the app then crashes, no error is displayed.

Hi,

Can you please share the log of ActivePresenter so we can check? To view the log:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon).
  • Select the Miscellaneous tab.
  • Click View Log.
