Problem: I am recording video without audio, then using the narration tool to record microphone input. It works once, then records nothing on all subsequent attempts. If I restart Active Presenter it will work again, but only for the first attempt.
ActivePresenter Version: 7.5.4
OS: Windows 10
Notes: I tried uploading the log file but it says new users cannot upload logs.
(Feature Requests: let new users upload .txt files only)
Thanks for sharing the log. It seems that the Mic is not selected as the input device so the issue occurs. Can you please click the drop-down arrow next to the Record Narration tool to select the Mic as the input device to see if it can help?
