Please describe your problem in more detail and share your project along with its external data folder named in the form PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) like below to our email at support@atomisystems.com so we can further check it.
In case your project does not include an external data folder, please only send us the project file.
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and share the download link with us.
