I’ve noticed that whenever I’m recording something that I’m doing on my desktop, really loud mouse clicks are picked up in the audio.
It’s always much more prominent than you’d expect given that the mouse itself isn’t that noisy~!
How can I eliminate those from the audio?

Before recording, you can disable the cursor effect. To do that, click the gear icon on the Record Video Project dialog > Cursor tab > Cursor Effects section > select Off:
Besides, after recording, you can turn off mouse clicks sound in the Properties pane > Media tab > Cursor Effect > select None for Click Sound:
