Mts file conversion

I noticed that my digital videos from my SONY and CANNON CAMCORDERS have MTS extension files.

I can only add the first clip to a blank project and when I try to add another clip, only the audio shows and the video frames are FROZEN. Has anyone had this issue? Not sure why Active Presenter only ‘sees’ the 1 video but not the others?

I have gotten around it by going to Video Editor and converting the MTS file to an MP4 file and then it works. Thanks for the input.

For your information, ActivePresenter supports the following input video formats: MP4, MKV, WMV, FLV, AVI, WebM, M4V, and MOV. Currently, MTS format support is not available. As a result, if you add this video file format to the app, there might be some problems.
