Moving/switching a license

Hello Atomi Support team,
Where can I find instructions for moving or switching a Pro License from one computer to another?
We will have a OS change from WIN 7 to WIN 10 within the next days.
What do I have to consider?

I bought Nov. 22nd two Pro licenses and got only one license key, is this right?

Hi,

You just need to deactivate ActivePresenter on the computers that you’ve activated.
To deactivate:

  • Start ActivePresenter and select Resources tab on the Welcome screen.
  • Click Deactivate Product (if there’s no Deactivate Product button then ActivePresenter wasn’t activated on that computer yet).

Yes, it’s normal that you have multiple licenses in one product key. You can use that key to activate on up to the number of licenses you have on multiple computers at the same time.

is there a possibility to deactivate licence on reinstalled laptop?

You can send an email request to support@atomisystems.com with your product key and we’ll reset it for you.

and will it be reset for all user I supose?

If it’s a multi-user product key then you should also tell us on which machine you want to reset.
