Could you please indicate which Question interaction was used? Or was it created using variables and Js?
Is there a chance to download the file to have a look?

Hi,
You can open ActivePresenter 7 and go to Samples tab in welcome screen to see this game.
In this sample, we used Multiple Choice questions and fill none to hide the radio button.
In order to add new or modify question you can select tab View -> Slide Pools and duplicate or edit any slide in these pools (level 1, level 2, level 3). Select an answer and double click to mark as correct answer.
