I don’t know what it is called, but the blue line on the editing part used to snap into place on a deleted part or at the end of an object. I updated active presenter and now it does not do it anymore! Objects also don’t snap into place anymore. Does anyone know how to change it back to the way it was?

It works fine in our test.
Please make sure to turn the snap mode on. Click the View tab > Timeline Snapping.
If it still doesn’t work, please provide us with a video to illustrate your issue.

Also, the red lines used to snap with other red lines and other objects (it does not do it with timeline snapping on). What setting is it to change it back?

I don’t think you recall this correctly.
The red lines can’t snap to other red lines or objects, whether in version 8 or 9.
