License not removed from deactivated device

Problem:
Hello–we have a device that the license key wasn’t deactivated before Active Presenter was uninstalled.
I am now no longer able to activated that same license on a new device.

ActivePresenter version: 6

OS: Windows

I am now running into the issue that it’s sending the Get Access token to Software One who is the vendor I purchased the license from. How can I get it sent to my email?

We’ve forwarded the access token and updated the email associated with your license to your email address.
