Last few seconds of recording automatically eliminated

For some reason, when I press Ctrl+End, the recording several seconds before and there’s no way to recover the final part of recording, or to know how many seconds will be obliterated

To view the log, click the ActivePresenter button > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
