Issues After Update to 7.3.3

I am now experiencing a number of issues where AP will freeze completely and have to be closed as even attempting to wait 10 min it will not unfreeze.

Also now I’m experiencing an issue where one minute it will be recording sound fine then the next minute it won’t record audio at all or at least whereas I could hear the audio playback before when I go to check the audio on a new slide nothing will play. There have been no configuration changes at any time.

ActivePresenter Version: 7.3.3

OS: Windows 10



Could you tell us what scenario makes ActivePresenter becomes freeze? As more information you provided, it will help us identify the problem easier.

About the sound problem, we never experienced any problem like that. Could you send us the log file of ActivePresenter? We will take a look and find the root cause.
