Is there a keyboard shortcut to toggle a drawn shape for movement or for text edit?

Problem:
after inserting a shape, the default for shape is edit text mode.
in this mode, moving the shape is not possible. it is first necessary to select an edge, which is very mouse sensitive and clumsy.

is there a keyboard shortcut to toggle a drawn shape for movement or for text edit? for example the escape key or some user assigned shortcut key.

ActivePresenter version: 8.x

OS: W10

Notes:
checked user guide and attempted in prefs to make a shortcut assignment.
thanks.

Hi Dean,

Thank you for your feedback.
However, please kindly let me correct this information:

after inserting a shape, the default for shape is edit text mode.

After you insert a shape or a text caption, it is in the selected state and the edit text mode is not enabled yet. Here is the image after inserting a shape or a text caption:

In this selected state, you can easily drag shape or text caption to another position.
Then, if you want to edit text, double-click a shape or press F2.
The current version doesn’t support to toggle the edit text mode using hotkeys, unfortunately.

Regards,
Yen
