Is it possible to have a search engine inside a module?

Problem: Search engine inside a module
ActivePresenter version: 8.5.5
OS: MacOS 10.15.7 (Catalina)

Notes: I am working on a big project (with lot of text) and I want to know if it’s possible to have a search engine inside the module… and how ? Thanks.

Hi,

Do you want to search inside a project (.approj file, when editing) or its HTML5 output?
Searching in the editing project can be done from Home tab > Find, or press Ctrl+F.
Searching in HTML5 output is not possible, unfortunately.

Unfortunately yes, I wanted to include a search engine to do a word search in the HTML5 export.

You can consider customizing the HTML5 Table of Contents with sections, sub-sections… as guided in this tutorial: Customize HTML5 Player Settings in ActivePresenter 8 -
It can help your users to navigate to the topic they’re interested in more easily, though it’s not convenient as searching.
