Is exporting 1920x1080 video at 100% Video size possible?

Problem: When attempting to export to 1920x1080 at 100% AP automatically increases video size to 150%, when I later upload to video sharing site the video file is too blurry due to being resized.

It shouldn’t be a problem as the video files I am using are also 1920x1080.

Is AP unable to export 1920x1080 at 100%? If it can how can I do this?

I have solved this one myself, if anyone has the same problem you can access this option under Project> Properties.
