Invisible Equations in HTML5 ('Unknown node-font type')

Problem: for some users, the rendered output (to HTML5) doesn’t show the equations. Instead, the output displays the message ‘Unknown node-font type’; for sure, this is not due to Active Presenter, but to the wrong CSS-defintions of specific users (I suppose).

OS: MS Windows 10.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing the project. It seems nothing wrong with the project content.
The equation fonts are always embedded if there is an equation, so I think it is not related to the Embed Fonts option.
I guess the CSS file or fonts are loaded with error due to network connection issue cause the issue. Can you tell your users to clear the browser cache to see if it works?

And, can you please let us know what is the browser (and its version, OS) that the user who has this problem used?
