Problem: Slides have been created with images and when previewed works fine. After saving the file and then opening it back up at a later time, images inserted into the slide have disappeared. This has happened on several occasions on multiple files/ presentations.
ActivePresenter version: 9.0.7
OS: Windows 10 Enterprise

Could you please send your project and its external data folder named in the pattern PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) to support@atomisystems.com so we can take a look at it?
If the files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and send the download link to us.
Besides, please also send the log of ActivePresenter by clicking ActivePresenter > Preferences > Miscellaneous > View Log.
