I can't open the project

I can’t open the project, I always get the message can’t open project.approj
The project and the folder with the videos are still in the same place. A month working on it for nothing.

I use the latest version, local drive, if I can create other projects, save and open.

My previous projects too, it’s just that project, the one that I can’t open, the message that it can’t be opened appears.

Hi David,

There’s a possibility that your project has been broken.
Can you share the project with the issue and external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) so we can check further for you? Please email it to support@atomisystems.com
If these files are large, you can upload them to a cloud storage site like Google Drive and then send the link to support@atomisystems.com

Besides, please share the log of ActivePresenter, too.
To view the log, you can follow the steps below:

  • In Start Page, click Preferences (the Gear icon)
  • Select Miscellaneous.
  • Click View Log.
