I am using latest 8.X active presenter no audio in PPT power point after export

Problem:
No audio in my video after exporting to powerpiont.
audio is fine in AP tool but not in PPT.

I can see in the directory their are 2 audio MP3 files , seems I am missing a linking step or something

ActivePresenter version:
ActivePresenter Free Edition
Version 8.5.4 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2021.11.18)

OS: Win10

Notes: I see two MP3 files, if I click on them the one “res_10003” works the other doesn’t.

Hi Ray,

Can you please share your project and its external data folder (named PROJECT_FILE_files) (if any) so that we can check?
If the files are large, please upload them to a cloud storage site then email to us at support@atomisystems.com
