I am having a bit of a problem with grey screens

Problem:
My Problem is that I was editing a video and when I was done I put the files in a organized folder and changed the name to better fit what it was,
But the issue now is that if I put the file back in the folder
(Because I realized I screwed up something)
It will open but wont let me play it
(If I press play it freezes and then crashes)
and the video itself is grey but the images I added are still there!

Can Anyone help me with this and soon!
I need that video today if I can fix it

ActivePresenter Version: 6.1.2

OS: Windows 10

Hi,
ActivePresenter stores large audio/video files in a folder named _files in the same folder with the project file (.approj)
So if you rename copy or move the project file please make sure to do the same with that folder too. Let say your project file name is “RecordingA.approj” then the folder name should be “RecordingA_files”. If you copy your project to another location then you should copy that folder along with the project file too.

If you have changed the video file name then you should rename it back to the original name assigned automatically by ActivePresenter, resource (audio/video) file names cannot be changed.
If you don’t remember the original file name then you can open the log file and look for lines where ActivePresenter complains about audio or video file not found.

Thank You @dangle!
I Already New About Both The Files And The Approj.
But I Will Try The Other Thing
But Where Is The Log Files?

Found It And Am Trying Now!

How Do I Figure Out What The Name Was in the log files @dangle?
Like where in the log will it be?

Sorry to bother so many times but I tried to open the program and here is its log:

Hi,
The missing files are those on the lines started with “External file resource not found:”. You just need to make sure that ActivePresenter can read those files.

I did this and fixed the name back to what it was before but there it’s still not reading the file. Where do I fix the link?
