HTML5 Preview start with mute sound

Problem: HTML5 preview is always starting with mute sound with notification of “Click or Tap to Unmute”.

I tried to look around all the player settings, but can’t find any option. Only thing is there is an option of “Disable notification” at the time of HTML5 export.

Is there anyway I can start WITHOUT MUTE state? Actually I have this intro music which starts as soon as the page loads which I don’t want to be missed

Problem: I set a music file as background to play across all slides. It is set to autoplay and loop. The problem is that in Preview and on the final exported project, the music is muted and does not unmute until I click the first mouseclick area.The sound doesn’t start at the beginning of the song, but later in the song as if it had been playing from the beginning of the project but was simply muted.
