How to recover unsaved video recording in active presenter

Problem:
guys i just completed recording a meeting in active presenter when i clicked the square shape to save the video a message appeared and said that the video is short something like that although the video is 2hand 30 min
please how can i retrieve back the video please

Hi Abids,

Please try finding your recorded files in ActivePresenterCachedProjects (C:\Users\Username\Documents\ActivePresenter\.ActivePresenterCachedProjects ), then you can copy them to another folder and open them with ActivePresenter for editing and exporting.

Regarding the wrong video duration, you can convert your video before importing it into ActivePresenter.
