How to let a image become "Transparent" over another one?

Problem: How to let a image becomes “Transparent” over another one?

Saola Animate version: 2.7.1.

OS: Win10 (64-bit).

Notes:
Step1. download a free background image
Step2. download a free foreground image

Step3. It is no problem to add Resource, drag them into work area,
but I don’t know how to let foreground image (balloons)
becomes “Transparent” (without white background, just balloons)
over the background image.

Hi,

If an image has a transparent background, it’s still transparent when importing into Saola Animate, you don’t need to do anything else. Just make sure the original image is saved with a format that suports transparent, such as PNG.
