How can I zoom in on a 'strip' of the screen

Hi I am trying to zoom in on a strip of the screen

but I cannot control the size of the zoom so I cannot elongate it without enlarging the whole screen area that is captured. Is there a way to control this or a workaround

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately, there is no way to elongate the zoom due to its aspect ratio.
