# Help finding Product Key please!

We have recently updated our systems and emails in a rebranding and I would like to move our ActivePresenter from the old laptop it is on to one of our newer systems however, before I deactivate the product key I need to actually find it so I can move it over. Any help would be much appreciated

We’ll find and resend the product key to you.
