When I downloaded ActivePresenter, everything seemed to be fine. I saved a recording of my deskop, and when I opened the preview later on, it worked like it should. However, after about two more recordings, the preview screen seems to be completely gray at first, but when I hit play, it turns completely white. Neither the audio nor the video will play like it should. And it’s not only the last recording that won’t work, the other two somehow got messed up as well. I tried converting the file from approj-wal to MP4, but the effect is almost the same, except the screen doesn’t turn white. I have no idea what to do. Can I even recover the videos? Please help.

For performance reason, ActivePresenter stores large audio/video files in an external data folder named in the pattern PROJECT_FILE_files. You should copy/rename it when copying/renaming your project. Please also make sure that you have not deleted it incidentally.
