Dear ActivePresenter Team,

I would like to suggest a feature that I believe would greatly improve the design workflow in ActivePresenter: **adding rulers to the canvas area**.

Currently, while the grid feature is helpful for general alignment, it doesn’t offer the same level of precision and control as rulers do. Rulers—typically placed along the top and left sides of the canvas—allow for exact positioning, visual measurement, and often enable users to create draggable guides. This makes them especially useful when working on complex or visually detailed layouts.

Since ActivePresenter is not only an eLearning tool but also a visual design environment, I believe that having rulers available would make layout tasks much easier and more accurate.

Thank you for considering this enhancement, and thank you for the continued development of such a powerful and versatile tool.

Best regards,
