My colleague identified an issue, when exporting from Active Presenter to M.S. Word some of the background images get dropped in the exported file. In terms of images I did not see a difference from one slide that worked to another slide that drops the background image from the exported file. On the Word pages where the image did not come over it did however bring over boxes that were drawn on top of the background image. Put another way, the Word pages that did not bring over the background image did still display items drawn over the background image. So the problem seems to be with just some of the background images.
