Export to video never completes

Problem:
Export to video never completes

ActivePresenter version:
Version 9.1.0 - 64-bit build. (Released: 2023.06.02)
OS:
Windows 11
Notes:
I upgraded yesterday when I used AP for the first time for a year or so. I recorded a short (about 1 minute) new video successfully, but when I try to Export it to Video (MP4), the Export never completes. I have attached the log.

Can you share the project with the issue and external data folder named in the PROJECT_FILE_files (if any) so we can check further?

Hi Julian,

I will reply here in case there are other users encounter the same issue like you.
We have checked from our side and found no issue as yours.

Therefore, you can follow this suggestion to fix the config file and see if it works:
Please use a text editor like Notepad to open the file ActivePresenter.apconfig (in the same folder containing log file)
Add “export.video.max_thread”: “1” to the file.
Then save this file.
Remember to close ActivePresenter while editing this file.

Next, open ActivePresenter and try exporting again.
If it works, you can repeat the process each time you edit to increase the value from 1 to 2 and 3 to see if you can still export if the threads increase.
